Cash on Delivery is now available to our customers at The Grace Fashion.
The Grace Fashion has limited products in stock for each design. Since our products are exclusive in nature, only a limited quantity of each piece is available. While all users are free to pay and proceed online, we understand that online payments may not always be convenient for everyone. Many of our customers have requested a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
However, COD can be misused if it's open to everyone—especially with our limited stock—by placing non-serious orders that block genuine customers. To manage this, we have introduced the COD Membership.
COD Membership requires a refundable security deposit of ₹500, which can be claimed back by the customer at any time.
All COD orders are considered final. Customers are expected to place COD orders responsibly.
COD Membership will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded in the following cases:

If the customer places an order and does not accept the delivery.

If the customer cancels the order after 30 minutes of placing it.
COD Membership will not be cancelled in the following cases:

If the customer cancels the order within 30 minutes of placing it (subject to the customer's track record).

If The Grace Fashion cancels the order for any reason.

If COD is unavailable due to shipping partner restrictions.

COD Membership Fees must be paid online.
